Barbara Morrison, a Bay Area business and civic leader, is the founder and president of TMC Financing. Barbara is also the founder and board president of Working Solutions, an innovative nonprofit organization that helps undeserved micro-entrepreneurs access the capital and hands-on technical assistance they need to start and grow their businesses.
